1. Tell us all about your rental property.

In order for us to provide an accurate rental appraisal, first we'll need to know more about your property. Simply fill out the form here and your answers will allow us identify the property to ensure we understand its features and condition. If you're looking at purchasing a property, still fill out the form, but we'll likely also need to conduct an on-site inspection.

2. A WhatsMyRent.co.nz rental specialist will assess your property.

When you've submitted the online form, it will arrive with one of our rental property specialists.The factors that determine what your property will rent for include the style and condition of your property, the vacancy rate in the local area, the rental price of other properties nearby, and a bunch of other parameters.

We'll use a combination of publicly available property databases, current market trends, local insights and our own expertise to determine what your property should rent for if it were listed in the current market climate. If you require an on-site inspection for finance purposes, one of our staff will be in touch to organise this.

3. Receive your personalised property rental appraisal.
